Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AnyAgent HQ (the "Service"), operated by Billie-Tech Ltd.("we", "us"), a company registered in Israel. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AnyAgent HQ lets you create an AI support agent trained on your own documents and web pages, embeddable on your website via a widget. Answers are generated by a third-party AI model (see "Third-party AI models" below) and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing agent behavior before relying on it for customer-facing use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Plans, trials and billing

• New accounts start on a free trial with a limited number of messages, portal-only.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via PayPal. Subscribing authorizes recurring charges until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from the portal's Billing tab; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of documents, URLs, branding and instructions you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — to index it, generate embeddings, and produce answers. You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it doesn't violate any law or third party's rights.

5. Third-party AI models

Answers are generated using third-party large language model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, or another provider you configure). We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or content of AI-generated answers. Do not use the Service for medical, legal, or financial advice, or any decision where an incorrect answer could cause harm, without independent verification.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• Attempt to access another customer's data or bypass tenant isolation;
• Send spam, or use the widget to deceive or defraud end users;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a separate agreement.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyAgent HQ and Billie-Tech Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any AI-generated answer relied upon without independent verification. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
